CEO/Founder
Azar Afellah
I am a rising freshman at Saint Joseph’s University. I plan on studying both finance and political science on a pre law track. I have aspirations to become a corporate lawyer and find ways to give back to the world and my community. I founded Atlas Aid as a way to utilize my resources and team to get a head start. Providing third world countries first world opportunities is our priority. We’re committed to providing better lives, education, and health to the communities we have the privilege to serve.
Chief Operating Officer
Saleem Diakite
I’m Saleem Diakite, a first generation African American Muslim. I’m a Freshman at Muhlenberg College and active player on the Men’s Soccer Team. I’m involved with the Atlas Aid Charity because I see the vision and impact the group can have. Providing clean and reliable water sourcing for underprivileged communities in Africa is very important to me, as I have many family members still living in Africa. I see Atlas Aid as a corporation that can make a difference and have a positive impact on people’s lives.
Chief Information Officer
Mwendwawangai Daisley
I am an incoming freshman at Muhlenberg College. Driven by my Kenyan heritage through my mother and the firsthand experiences of water scarcity in Kenya, I am passionate about starting a nonprofit dedicated to providing clean water to African countries. As a first-generation immigrant, I understand the responsibilities that come with the opportunities I have been blessed with in the United States, and I am committed to using these advantages to give back and support those in need in Africa.
Chief Financial Officer
Xavier Ochotorena
Current Finance Student at Lehigh University. I joined Atlas aid because, growing up as a Cuban-American my parents constantly reminded me of how privileged we are to be living in the US. After seeing the living conditions of many third world countries, I feel need to help those who are less privileged than us in the states.
